  • To reserve your wedding date, we require a non-refundable retainer of 30% of your selected collection, payable by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. This investment is applied directly to your total balance, with the remaining amount due one week prior to your celebration.

     

    For couples who wish to pay their balance in full at the time of booking, we are delighted to extend a 5% courtesy savings as a thank-you for your trust.

     

    Your reservation ensures your date is held exclusively for you, allowing us to graciously decline all other inquiries and begin assembling the dedicated team entrusted with capturing your wedding day with the utmost care and artistry.

    Review Your Agreement

    Deliberately review your agreement and invoice with your fiancé or trusted loved ones, ensuring complete clarity and confidence in every aspect of your experience.

     

    Secure Your Date
    Reserve your date by signing your agreement and submitting your initial retainer. This guarantees that your celebration is held exclusively for you, allowing our team to begin crafting an unforgettable wedding experience tailored just for you.

  • Your retainer secures your wedding date and is applied directly toward your total investment. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your celebration. We offer the flexibility of up to three scheduled payments, and we are happy to discuss a custom payment arrangement should you wish to complete your balance sooner.

  • You have the option to purchase the raw footage for $299, and we will provide you with copies of all the photos and videos straight to your doorstep. The RAW photos and videos are not in an edited state and won't have the level of professionalism that the edited photos and your highlight video may have.  The raw footage consists of individual clips rather than continuous recordings.

    The USB drive will be prepared and shipped via USPS ground or similar within 30 business days (typically sooner). We will provide you with tracking information after it is shipped.

  • Our turnaround time is typically 30 to 50 business days. Your photos and videos will be conveniently delivered via email in digital format. You'll have the flexibility to download the footage to your preferred devices and share it with anyone you choose.

     

    Please note that we do not offer physical photo albums or DVDs for the highlight video; arrangements for these items must be made through a third-party vendor following delivery.

  • You can choose most songs from soundstripe.com and musicbed.com. We have purchased the rights to a lot of their songs on those websites. If you don’t want to select the music- our editors will pick music that goes with the video.

  • A location premium is applicable for every location where service. You will be informed of the location premium before finalizing your booking with us. Apart from this fee, there are no additional charges or taxes associated with our services.

  • The only fees or extra costs that you need to consider are:
    1. Travel fee/location premium
    2. It is customary to provide a meal for your team on your day
    3. Any parking, permit, or entrance fees to your team

    4. There may be an additional cost to help cover our increased costs during peak wedding times of the year.

    5. A last-minute booking premium may be needed if booking within a couple of months of the event date.

  • Encompass Weddings is insured through Farmers Insurance, ensuring comprehensive coverage for our services. If your venue necessitates liability insurance, we can furnish the necessary documentation before your wedding date. 

    ​

    Our policy offers coverage of up to 1 million dollars for added peace of mind. To arrange for this coverage, kindly make your request through your designated wedding manager in a timely manner.
     

  • ​We refrain from adding watermarks to your edited photos or videos, ensuring that you retain complete ownership and rights to both the photos and highlight video.
     

  • You will have a dedicated wedding manager who will serve as your primary point of contact throughout the planning process. Your wedding manager will send you a comprehensive wedding questionnaire to fill out, guiding you through the process of assigning your photographer and videographer.

    Our objective is to ensure seamless communication and alignment of expectations, ensuring that everyone involved is on the same page as we approach your special day. In the days leading up to your wedding day, you will receive continual support and clear communication
     

  • You can expect your team to be assigned within 3-4 months of the wedding or sooner. Once your team members are assigned, you will be able to do a phone call or video call to them to go over your timeline, preferences, and vision for the big day. They will also share their social media accounts and work with you.

    If you are not satisfied with the team member assigned, we can reassign you to another team member who better aligns with your preferences and style. 

    ​

    We don't have a process for couples to pick and choose their photographer or videographer. We build our teams of local photographers and videographers based on their years of experience, gear, personality, and the style/ quality of their work. 
     

  • We understand that plans can evolve and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your wedding date, we're here to accommodate you. Simply inform us of the new date, and we'll make the necessary arrangements for your team without any additional charges. However, please note that if you decide to cancel your booking altogether, the initial deposit remains non-refundable.

  • 1. I change my date?

    You can change your date at no additional cost (excluding holidays). One of the advantages of working with us is that we have a team. This allows us to be flexible to adjust our calendar to work with you. 


    2. If an accident or emergency happens with me and my team?
    While our team typically departs with ample time to spare, unforeseen weather conditions and unexpected traffic incidents may occasionally arise. Although such occurrences are rare, if our team is delayed, you will not incur charges for the time they were not present. We are dedicated to arriving early and well-prepared, yet we acknowledge that unforeseeable circumstances, such as those involving Mother Nature or accidents, may occasionally occur. We have a team that can help cover under these circumstances. We do not guarantee we will make every scenario work but we will do our best!


    3. I want to cancel?
    No problem! You can postpone your wedding or cancel all together. The retainer is non-refundable. Please refer to your agreement.

  • Our clients who opt for a 6+ hour package, a 30-minute break is included, while those who choose an 8-hour package receive an hour-long break, both at no extra charge. However, the purchased time must remain continuous as our team members travel to your location and cannot return home during the service period.

    Client must provide meals for the photography/videography team if shooting time spans reasonable mealtime and ensure they have access to restrooms and changing areas.

    Simple Process- Our process is designed to be straightforward and simple. We handle all the organization and management, so you won't have to do any extra work. This allows you to focus on what matters most to you and your wedding.

    Dedicated Wedding Manager- Your very own wedding manager who will work with you in assigning your team members and ensure that you are all set for your wedding day. 

    Communication and Organization- Our team is highly responsive, keeping you informed about all important and necessary aspects. Additionally, you will have interaction with your wedding manager, photographer, and videographer in the lead-up to your wedding day.

    Team members- We hire the best photographers and videographers in your state to ensure smooth communication and high-quality photos and videos. Our couples love our team, and we know you will too!

  • Each wedding is unique and holds its own significance. We don't adhere to a predefined checklist because we understand that this is your special day, and we're committed to following your timeline. Ahead of your wedding day, our team will meticulously review your timeline and preferences. You'll have the opportunity to instruct us on when to arrive and what moments you want us to capture. It's important to ensure that your timeline aligns with the duration of the wedding package you've selected.
