Important: The USB includes both the raw and edited footage. As a result, the process of creating your USB begins only after the final delivery of the completed photo album and highlight video.
 
USB drive will be shipped via USPS ground or similar within 30-50 business days (typically sooner) of the final delivery of your footage. We will provide the tracking information after it is shipped.

No refunds will be provided based on any disappointment with the quality and output of these RAW files. The customer is responsible to ensure the footage is correct within 14 days of receiving the USB drive.
